We play through the start of Rise of the Tomb Raider and talk about the design consideration we come across. We talk about a bit of animation anticipation, the structure of the level design so that players can teach themselves mechanics, we talk about how the game designers cut on action to seamlessly transition into a cut scene or scripted sequence. all sorts of stuff.
